Sizing and Shipping FAQS

What size should I order?

Our "Badass Hoodie" sizes range from S - 2XL in women's sizing. Our "Mommin" sweatshirts sizes range from S-2XL. These are unisex sizing. The fit is relaxed/cozy fit.  

Shipping times:

All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of the order being placed. This does not include holidays or weekends. 

What shipping method do you use?

USPS 3-4 Business days : Flat shipping rate  $8.00

UPS 3-4 Business days : Flat shipping rate  $8.00

Do you offer package tracking?
Yes, a shipping confirmation email will be sent, once your order has left our facility along with the tracking number.  

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we do not. 

Please note that  packages marked as "delivered" but are missing due to an error via USPS or UPS is not the responsibility of Mamasentials. You will need to file a claim with the carrier.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
